Ms O's Sports Grill - Houma

The service met my expectations for a decent restaurant. Although the waitress was a little slow with drink refills, it didn't bother me much—I've dealt with far bigger issues in life. Now, let's talk about the food. I had the ribeye steak and corn nuggets, and they were exceptional. Ms. O has mastered a great steak recipe, and I can't wait to return for another meal. My only issue was the smoking policy. Since it's classified as a bar, smoking is permitted indoors. Fortunately, I arrived when they first opened, so there weren't many smokers around—just one staff member who came out from the kitchen. I was a bit taken aback by the smoking since I thought it was against the law, but someone in my group explained that, being a bar, it's allowed. I personally prefer not to dine in a smoke-filled environment, so I plan to visit only at opening time in the future. As a sports enthusiast, I also appreciated the decor. They have memorabilia from both well-known and lesser-known sports teams, even including Michigan Tech! Overall, I highly recommend Ms. O's.
