Bidrage med feedbackZero stars is what they deserve for ZERO customer service. which business has an operation where they offer zero help for a problem with an order. no disclosure until after the order is placed that they use door dash for delivery. the delivery address was changed to a wrong address and I called it is just wings placed within 2 minutes of ordering to get the address corrected. the automated message on the phone number for the location it’s just wings said that they could not cancel, change or accept orders. I pressed the button to be connected to a person, and the coworker of chili who answered the phone (this situation is on a chili’s and they are related brinkers international company) told me that it was absolutely nothing he could do. he told me that I should contact the door (which I did after a 30-minute chat, told me that they had canceled the order, but that the refund of wings should come.) I have no idea what the quality of the food is, but I will say that I will never find out now because I’m done with it’s just wings, chili’s and all brinker international business. Previously, I was a loyal customer of brinkers and a long-term customer of chili’s (from the 1970s in dallas,) but not anymore. Bulls**t business concept, crappy operational management and policies, and again ZERO customer service.
My manager got us 4 different flavors of these wings to eat at work and they were delicious!!!! I will definitely be going here in person.
When you can get them, they have great wings at a fair price. However, getting them is the problem. More times than not (more than a dozen) I have had orders canceled for absolutely no reason what so ever. Weekdays, weekends, early in the day, late in the day, it does not matter. I have had a string of over a dozen attempts canceled. They refuse to take my money. Used multiple credit cards, my son and wife both used their name and cards, and same thing!! No idea what one has to do to order wings from this outfit, but I gave up. B-Dubs opened up right up the street, and they have never once refused to take my money. Speaking of taking my money.... They take the order and put the hold on your card, then INSTANTLY tell you the order is canceled. They have your money tied up for 3-4 days. I gave up.
A couple of buddies of mine had been raving about this place for months, so I thought I'd give em' a try. I hit them up on Uber Eats ordered 32 wings with a mix of sauces. I have to say I'm a bit of a wing guy and these were quite tasty. I really enjoyed the lemon rub variety. The medium Buffalo had just the right amount of kick and they really spoil you with heaping mounds of curly fries with each order. My only complaint was with how they were delivered. 4 styrofoam containers of wings hastily packed into one flimsy plastic grocery bag. When the order arrived the lids were popping open and the wings and sauces were spilling out. My recommendation would be to revamp your take out procedures when it comes to delivery packaging. Even if you were to stack them in paper bags which then could be folded over and stapled closed to prevent any sort of tampering from mobile delivery drivers. It would also provide more of a sanitary presentation for your customer. I'll be back for the food but only if I personally pick it up.
I ordered from here a few times before and always got boneless wings it was super good everytime but this time it was horrible. they literally just taste and look like chicken nuggets it was super soggy and squishy like a chicken nugget it was so weird. there was also barely any sauce on it :
