Athenos Greek Lebanese Cafe - Houma

All around excellent. The food was fabulous as well as the wait staff. Everything hot and fresh and flavourful. I had the Greek Ribeye and my wife had the Gyro combo. The hummus for the appetizer was flavorful and the pita was hot and fresh. I Will return often and with many guests. Thanks again.

Wait Staff is rude, manager can’t handle this place. I tried to call in a phone order someone answered and left it off the hook. I went there to place an order she said have a seat we are busy. There were 3 tables in there. Asked to speak to a manager and the other waitress kept interrupting. Anytime we went to dine in even 30 minutes before closing time and they say the kitchen is already closed.

I think this my new favorite restaurant in Houma. The vegetarian plate was out of this world (I am not vegetarian, but was craving veggies), and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the meat selections. The kids devoured the chicken Sharma, pita, and hummus. Everyone's plate had leftovers.

I ordered the Chicken shawarma lunch plate and it was delicious!! Very friendly and fast service. Deff will be ordering again!

Great little gem. No alcoholic beverages, but you can bring your own! Can't wait to try more on the menu.
