Javaprimo Coffee House, Cafe More Hot Springs

I ordered the panini and man ordered waffles, both were pretty good. I have milk allergy and told the owner at the order. A young lady in the kitchen came out to clarify that the salad I ordered has milk and recommended an alternative side. I really appreciate their great service, and in any case this place will recommend.

One of my favorite things to do when you are traveling, the local coffee shops best for coffee snobs like me to sniff; and I am happy to say I have found the one for hot jumps!!! The friendly staff lets you feel at home and the hospitality of the manager Charles proves why the staff dresses. Sometimes the mood is perfect and the staff friendly, but the coffee... I am pleased to say that this place BEGT and ALL!!!

The service was phenomenal. The man who belongs in this bistro, or main worker, was so creepy, and only a fantastic person. The food was amazing. The chicken pita was served with savory bread - I don't know what in the pita, but it turned my world sideways, it was so good. We bought an Irish coffee and a green tea latte that were also fabulous. You can also get candles and funny kitchen towels at lunch. Really glad we stopped here.

So... I had given up especially in this place. It used to be dirty and chaotic, but it was so close to the mall, I stopped. I have to say the new staff is AMAZING. The new cook, Cary? Not only the entire staff friendly and welcoming, you cannot say that they really care what they present. The cook came from behind to a drink (white mocha with lavender) and I was bad, it's delicious. The experience has made 180. 10/10

This place is excellent. I'm from Memphis and today was our last day in Hot springs. The second you walk in, this wonderful smell hits you. The guy at the counter was very attentive, and after handling the store being busy, he came to check on all of the tables,and happen to overhear my elderly mother saying that she misses having tea but she can't handle the caffeine. Not only did he then make her the best cup of caffeine free tea she said she had ever had, but he brought us two other options for her that are heart healthy and caffeine free. Of course we bought one.You don't get people like this is restaurants anymore. I didn't ask his name and regret that, but this place is truly a gem. The broccoli soup is outstanding, and the service even better. I would give ten stars if I could!!!!
