Edit: had to lower a star as they’re not able to make the cold brew well consistently. Sometimes the cold brew tasted more acidic and lacked flavor. Ppl were still nice, though. Had excellent service and drinks today. The woman who helped me and also made my drinks was kind and friendly. The salted caramel cold brew was perfection. The cold foam was done exceptionally (not runny, as what happens with too little heavy cream, and not watered down/flavorless like with too much heavy cream in the ratio which results in too little sweetness). The small pitchers used for the sweet cream is smart so customers don’t get inconsistent cold foam due to the components’ natural separation. When this drink is done correctly and the foam sits on top, you can get the full strength of each of the delicious flavors/ textures of the salty/sweet foam and the complex flavors of the cold brewed coffee beans. I order it without vanilla syrup in the coffee liquid to really taste the cold brew.
