Mcdonald's - Horsham

The food and service at this restaurant are fantastic. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The drive-thru at this restaurant is awful. It consistently takes 15-20 minutes to get through, no matter how many cars are in line. They have gotten my order wrong multiple times and I always have to clarify what I actually wanted. For example, I ordered a #1 breakfast meal with cream and sugar and received a plastic cup with only cream and sugar. It's very frustrating and I don't plan on returning.

It took 15 minutes to receive a diet coke and fries. The girl at the window had her mask below her nose. I asked her to pull it up, but within 15 minutes it had slipped down again while she was talking and laughing with the other workers, joking that she felt like she had COVID-19.

Staff at this McDonald are useless! I can't imagine finding people who are slower or lazy... although it's right around the corner, I won't return anymore, I'm tired of it!

Order was right and speed was good. I think the soda machine was not working full tho because my Dr pepper was only 3/4 full
