Bidrage med feedbackDear Pret A Manger , I would like to thank you for your lovely , special , fantastic moments I find it in your shops . Really love it to spend a big part of my life inside your shops for a lovely coffee,breakfast or lunch. Around your shops I meet love and best times. I start to come 7 days by 7 in Horsham Shop trying to solve my Anxiety problems in public places. It’s works for a time I done this for one year and half already . Some employees was very rude and completely disrespectful ! All together created a real bullying and keep it like this for years. And after all years past already they keep going in the same way , even yesterday I hear them speaking about me not the nicest way.Between Rebbeca and it’s the short girl ex gymnastics very rude person. I’m Mihaela ex boyfriend, I’m not very well after we broke , and I still love Her so much . But all this need to remain between me and Her, not involving work friends,friends or to keep them involved when it’s over , bad energy for everyone, employees or customers. They are not there to get involved in outers past or problems or what people doing in they privacy,home , love stories ,life. The only person was completely outside of all this was Bibi and I want to thank you Her again for the amazing energy and smiles She offered along time . Kind Regards Dragos
Dropped into here this morning, had to air my annoyance. Asked for a Flat white, it was made very quickly, went to drink it and it was a tired looking milky coffee… Told the staff and no apology just took it and remade it whilst chatting to another member of staff. Gave it to me whilst still chatting… Call me old fashioned but what happened to a tiny bit of customer service. May of well got it from a machine.
The best fast food on the high street, often very busy and noisy, great service though. The chefs chicken salad is delish.
I went into Pret for a cup of tea. I was given what looked like dishwater. When I asked if I could please have another cup with the milk on the side I was initially told to reorder. When I explained I just wanted to replace the cup I had I was ignored for about 5 minutes and left standing at the counter. I then enquired again if it would be possible to have a replacement cup of tea and was told to wait. I did this and then the waitress went over to the sink area to have a whisper about me (made obvious by the glances and sniggers). I eventually received a very nice cup of tea, hence the one star.
If I could put one star I would. I am disgusted by the poor customer service that Horsham Pret A Manger staff have to offer. I don’t live in Horsham but have visited a couple of times as I commute that way but the way that I see the staff speak to especially the college students is unreasonable. They get so huffy to the people who have brought the Pret subscription and would not recommend
