Starbucks - Horseheads

Very slow in the drive thru, especially if it?s busy. If you come, you?re going to wait up to a 1/2 hour. I waited to post to see if it was the pattern, sure enough it was. This is often why I don?t stop. Drinks are always good, excellent workers. Prices are average. I recommend going inside to order. Very nice in there.

Ordered coffee ahead and waited for 25 minutes because of what appeared like lack of staff? The employee Tristan deserved at least triple their pay because they were killing it! They had like 5 drinks going at once and as someone who used to work at high volume bars they were downright impressive. Appeared like Tristan was HUSTLING and doing the job of 3+ people.

Went there to try the new sandwich with a new butter they were both out of the sandwich and butter. On a positive note though we were attended to very quickly the place was nice and clean and the staff was really friendly.

This is hands down the most inclusive and most amazing Starbucks I have ever been too !! They are fast but exact and all the staff are smiling... All-around an amazing experience !!! Thank you to everyone !!! You guys are amazing keep up the good work !!

Eric is incredibly knowledgeable and has a lovely personality. I'm not a big Starbucks person but I'd go back just for the quality of service.
