Everytime I go there after 1 am they say their system is down. What a coincidence?

Whoever that white girl is that normally works the drive through and window at night at this location, needs to be FIRED asap. On multiple occasions last week I've came to get something to eat. Her attitude is terrible and rude. Her disposition is terrible and rude. Not an ounce of customer service is in that woman's body. I can tell by looking that her coworkers don't care for her . Clearly she does not like her job for whatever reason, and clearly she does not want to be there. So do her a favor and terminate her expeditiously. I remember sometime around 12am or 1 am last week, she said the system was down and she can't take any kind of order(even though I saw the previous car from thw hwy getting a bag passed from the window) but whatever. I had questions because I did an online order and my cc was charged . She just dismissed me at that point

Terrible customer service! With all the other options around definitely go somewhere else! The people are so rude and then don’t realize you can still hear them when they’re laughing about you on their coms. If I was the owner here I would fire everyone and start over ?‍

Stood in line for 30 mins for them to tell us the lobby closes at 10 and kick us out the manager was super rude. Would never recommend going here.
