Sutton Arms - Hornchurch

I sat here for the 21st birthday. becca was very friendly and great at the door. needed to say all the workers we met where very friendly and easy to speak. the music and the dancing gave a great atmosphere and we ran in the night in no hardships.

I live locally and haven’t been into the Sutton Arms for a long time. The pub looks soo different but a-lot better! I came in with my husband for a meal which after a short wait came out looking picture perfect. Customer service was above expectations and the staff were very friendly. The staff member that stood out to me the most was Stacey, she was very polite and accommodating to my food changes, and also held general conversation with me making me feel very welcome. It’s the little things that make the biggest difference! I look forward to coming back again :

I love the Sutton Arms! My top spot for a Friday and Saturday night, DJ Phill plays the best tunes and the staff are so friendly and upbeat. Stacey in particular goes out of her way every time to make our night the very best!

I had a great time with friends after work for drinks and dinner. Some of us ordered through the app, while others had to go to the bar to place their orders because they couldn’t find what they wanted on the app. The food and drinks were served promptly and had a modern presentation. We decided to order dessert using the app (shared ice cream), but it took nearly 40 minutes to arrive, and we had to ask a staff member about it. She was very friendly and apologized for the wait on both the drinks and the dessert. As we were leaving, the DJ started playing and the place began to get quite busy.
