Panera Bread - Hopkinsville

Good suppen and sandwiches. atmosphere is good, it was nice for a cold cool day!

We had lunch special for suppe and sandwich. creamy tomaten for woman, huh and wild rice for me. yummy. we have penetrated, they are really ready to drive through, call them ahead. faster service

I have always came here, never had a problem til today they got my order completely wrong and my husband I told them the problem and said they would remake it and took them 30 minutes to remake 2 half a sandwich is ridiculous. I feel like maybe there having a bad day or what. But 30 minutes for a half a sandwich is crazy. And I hate that I had to be a Karen.

June 2021: 3 stars. Not as good as it was Pre-pandemic. Stickers say tables are sanitized every 30 minutes. They were NOT during our visit. Full product menu choices not available. Overall it appears to be going downhill as many places in this town do over time. July 2021: 1 star Gave it another try on a Sunday morning. Only ONE other customer in the place. But EVERY table dirty. Definitely NOT sanitized when there are crumbs on the tables. Seats also dirty. Floor dirty. Apparently due to pandemic, no cleaning required. Eggs: There is a difference between sunny side up and over easy. Raw whites and yokes is NOT over easy. Yes, yes. I know I could have rejected it, but it could be worse.

I just ordered a sandwich at the drive thru at the Hopkinsville Ky store. I was very upset to find a hair in the middle of my sandwich. Totally ruined my lunch and my Panera experience!!
