Subway - Hope Mills

I go in here to get a meatball sub and they put it in the toaster but I had to go back because it was still cold I mean really...

Subway in Hope Mills menu definitely has changed but it'd be nice if they actually hired some more professional people that work there. It seems like they hired a bunch of kids that just play around and don't really take pride in their work. I got twosandwiches today and they looked like hell but I was starving at that moment but the lettuce was Brown the tomatoes look soggyall the vegetables just looked beat up nothing looked fresh except for the black olives. Sad to say I probably will not be goingback to this particular Subway until they hire some grown people who actually take pride in their sandwich making abilities.

My mom went into this subway to get sandwich, she read off her list of what she wanted and on my sandwich and my husband's the only thing on there was the meat and cheese. We didn't have any lettuce or anything that my mom asked for. When I called them upthey said they put exactly what she read off the list, I told them no you didn't because we didn't get anything on but meat andcheese. Will never go to this location again. I had to ask if it was subway when they answered the phone, because they did notidentify the name of the business. This is on N Main St in Hope Mills

Stop here for lunch with my work buddy. The young lady behind the counter was so friendly and customer service oriented. It made the whole rest of my day wonderful. The sandwich was great as well as the cookies. They were out of Coke fountain soda butdidn?t care. I?ll definitely go back when I?m the area just for the customer service. Thank you.

Best Subway I've been to in years. Employees very pleasant and restaurant was very clean
