The second girl with shells on the ends of her braids made a comment as my BROTHER, my husband, and myself were walking in of Choo Choo to an older lady who also worked there but waswaiting for her ride to pick her up. Insinuating I was accompanying two men (which given the context of who I was in thecompany of is disgusting) We live in Texas and we have never been to this store, this town, nor do we know this girl on anylevel so her immature, inappropriate comment was not fueled by any personal interaction. Then they proceeded to laugh and gossipas the first girl who was actually working and started our order. Whe the first girl asked me what I would like the second girlcut me off before I could speak and said you hear what I said the first girl said yes that 's why I said you should go to theback . Our food was good but it was so uncomfortable for all of us! It was flat out hurtful and disgusting comments. We alsodidn 't receive a receipt and you can bet your A I 'm emailing Subway as soon I 'm done with this. So if you would like a niceand enjoyable experience do NOT visit this subway because that is not how we were treated
This is a tale of finishing on a positive note. When we came in they were working on an online order. The lady who was suppose to help us seemed less than thrilled. No just a minute we will get with you just worked on sandwiches then got to us. Thatsaid once passed off to other employees it was great. They talked with us and got us taken care of. I understand busy, justplease be considerate. We were not in a rush, on vacation. So to everyone that was nice and to woman who commented on mywife's hair, great job! And the food was excellent!
I?m a regular subway eater, I went through the drive through this morning, they did not make my wrap the way I requested, they gave me cold meat cold cheese, and did not give me the vegetables I wanted, and put the wrong dressing on the top. In otherwords go inside if you want it done correctly..
It?s your standard subway, but the employees were so helpful and friendly, the store was clean, and the food was made fast. A plus experience.
It took 15 minutes to get through the drive-through for a pick-up order! When I asked what took so long, because I'd only seen one sandwich handed to the person in front of me, they told me the lady was griping about the size of the cut of the turkey. Isaid they should have asked her to come in. They said they weren't allowed to. Hello Subway Decision Makers: don't let bitchershold up the drive-through or you'll just be repeating your problem!
