Great location and quality service : my drink was made to perfection

No paper towels in bathroom. Told the manager who gave me a blank stare. Trash can full. Bathroom floor filthy and flies in lobby. Every worker was more interested in chatting than doing their job. This a first Starbucks I have come across which is poorly managed.

Please change to make lattes without scalding the milk. It isn't just this store, but a problem at most Starbucks locations. Maybe the company wants to disinfect the milk or something, I don't know. What I do know is that milk overheated/scalded/burnt tastes awful and has a special stink to it.

I placed a pick up order on the app. I went through the drive through, gave my name and pulled fwd realizing i forgot to order something. I asked about it at the window feeling bad bc this would slow down their efficiency of getting cars moved through the line. They were out of what I meant to order so I changed it, they were out of that, so I chose something a 3rd time, which they had in stock. I apologized for being that person ordering at the window???????. She was VERY GRACIOUS!! We laughed about it! Thank you Starbucks for training baristas to put up with us(public) in a gracious manor???? BE KIND TO YOUR BARISTA! And if your order isn 't right... BE GRACIOUS about it!

Met some friends there and we were able to visit with no problem. Loved it. Will be back.
