Papa Johns Pizza - Hoover

I ordered my food to be delivered in 30-40 minutes. it's an hour ago and I haven't got my pizza yet. they say they are late and don't let me cancel my order because it is delivered.

Raw pizza dough. frau am telefon (krystal) was not at all helpful in solving the problem. I am 9 months pregnant and she claimed it was good because she ate her raw undercooked pizza while she was pregnant and nothing happened. she doesn't know if there's a raw egg or not. very rude when we asked about their name and very unprofessional. we have no help and no solution to this problem. has not even sent a refund pizza or refunded money! everything was undercooked and cold, but above all the teig.

The load is never open. At some point, delivery to certain days will not take place. closes earlier than any pizza place in the city

I accidentally ordered carry out tonight at this location. Unbeknownst to me, I thought I had ordered delivery but when I called to say I had made a mistake, accidentally gave them the wrong cell number.The manager was so nice, he said he tried to call me but I transposed a number as a typo. Anyway I picked up the pizza and the place is slammed. They had two out of six drivers show up for work tonight. The manager was hustling, was so apologetic and even offered to give my tip back. I told him to keep it, they needed it tonight especially. So I just want to say during this time of Covid variant and freezing in Alabama, try take it easy on these people. They are providing a service that is very popular and doing the work of many who are either sick themselves or don’t show up for work.The pizza was delicious- it was still hot when I got there. Don’t forget to tip and if they make a mistake don’t lose your mind, in the grand scheme of things we are lucky to have people working.Thank you Papa Johns. This location in Hoover AL is doing a great job.

Horrible service, the manager Chris is not willing to receive feedback. I wouldn’t eat here to save my life, unless new management came because that was just horrible to be a place of business and be so unprofessional, It’s just sad. I would of gave it no stars but it’s not an option. I’m writing this review so others can be aware and warned of how horrible this management and team is.
