Ihop - Hoover

The entrance reads Janie A, but I clearly remember her name tag that reads Janie Sue. Anyway, Janie did a great job. She smiled and radiated positive energy. Definitely a face you want to see in the morning to lift your minds. The food was great too.

I have a pepper Jack Patty Melt who had no taste next to the picked Jalapeños. Meat had absolutely no taste to the point that I had to put salt on every bite, just to get and a kind of pleasure from it. Was definitely not worth the money I spent on it. Family seemed to enjoy what they got, what a cookie and Gravy for one of them and a chicken Fajita Omelet that was pretty good. The service was fine if not a tad rushed and forgotten.

The food was terrible! Our eggs were cold, then we ask them to remake them and they were watery. The steak was really dirty and smells not safe to eat at all. Orange juice wasn't fresh. The chefs were not proud of cooking and it shows. When we first went, the host sat in the lobby and spoke to an employee and didn't do great when we came in. Tammy the waitress did the best she could... I guess!

I decided to take my mother to IHOP. We always get Big Steak Omelette. I was soooo delicious. We have a great server Ms. Tammy and hope to see her again. She was brilliant

We brought a large party, 25+, and they after being called were able to accommodate our group. The manager was easy to talk to and provided excellent customer service. I helped our server, didn't really need to just wanted too, because she was pleasant and remained professional the entire time with a large group of kids! If we're ever traveling again, this is EXACTLY where we're going. Great experience, good food, amazing memories. Thanks.
