Dunkin' - HOOKSETT

I will never go back there they are really rude there and one of the girls on the theke would not overtake me just because my 2 years old a 4 year old had not had a mask sorry that they do not hold a mask on an i-knowledge mask are required, but it does not grow up.

The server was slow and not very bright. Food was cold. Coffee was not the right one. When we asked for napkins the fourth time...he finally acknowledged that we really wanted them and handed them to us. Over all his not a good experience at all.

Great service. Good taste. Sucks that the speaker is facing the traffic so I'm sure it's hard for them to hear some orders. I hope some people understand that everyone is human. Those employees get yelled at and talk down. They're so nice and always willing to re-make a beverage with no hassle. Love this DD!

How hard is it to make a medium FV ICED COFFEE W/ SUGAR, SKIM MILK AND A TURBO SHOT?!?! Oh I guess it's the listening and paying attention part that is hard!!!

Went to this DD yesterday on my way home, and the man who took my order was super funny, attentive and beyond courteous. He made me laugh a ton while placing my 30 second order and when I got to the window, he continued to joke around and make me laugh. I wish I caught his name! My coffee was made perfectly, and my sandwich was too! Thank you to the staff there, y?all are great!
