The Cutlery Kaimuki's Neighborhood Steakhouse Barbershop

The server was the best among everything else. The food was not as impressive as it should be. Great raw material, include Ribeye steak, venison, ox tail are all in high quality and fresh. However, the ribeye and octupus are severely burned. The baby broccoli wasn't cooked right either. The mash potatoes are inedible. The outdoor seating is right off the street, though they are blocked by the bushes. Prawns are burned to very dark, but they taste really good because they are very fresh and good quality prawns. I hope the cooking will be much less, no burning.

Outstanding! Awesome food and service. The prime rib and duck fat fries are amazing. Grilled Caesar salad was delish as well. Glad we came- and will definitely be back. Don’t let the name and attached barber shop fool you- this place is legit fantastic!

The steaks are 16oz so good for sharing and ours was cooked perfectly. Service was excellent and the duck fat fries were addictive. We shared their house salad and loved that too. The inside is very small but we always prefer outside so no problem there. They did their best to hide the traffic on Wailae Ave with tall bushes but the traffic was a little noisy. We will be going back!

This is our second visit to The Cutlery. We came back because of the food, service, and it is a dog friendly restaurant. The second time around was also excellent the quality and quantity of food is amazing and well worth the value. They also treated my entire family with great service including our furry family member with a bowl of water a special chair and complimentary portion of dog friendly steak. We would refer anyone to The Cutlery.
