P.f. Chang's China Bistro - Honolulu

Everything was just not great. Service was slow. It look 40 mins to get our food. 15min to get a drink refill and we had to ask for more water. Food did arrive hot but was not great but not terrible either. Just a disappointing experience.

The sweet and sour chicken was NOT appealing. The meat was a little dry and tasteless. Just didn’t enjoy it. Experience otherwise was great. Hostess was good.

Food and service were great. Server, I believe her name was Cassandra, was pleasant, attentive and informative. Top notch.

Very good experience overall. Friendly staff great service. Chicken Lettuce Wraps 5/5. Shaka Roll 5/5. Shrimp Caesar Salad 4/5...dressing applied too heavy causing the romaine to be soggy.
