We love this place Some of the best Salsa and best food. I travel from Dallas and get great Tex Mex and California for their Great Mexican restaurants and here locally you can’t find a better place than Los Chaparros

Small restaurant with nice atmosphere and authentic quality food , very attentive and great service very nicely priced for the quality big fan and repeat diner , will continue to go back again and again

Food was very good. Could have had a little more flavor or spice. If you want a little more heat, ask for it I guess. Other than that it was really good

My favorite dish is a la mexicana! The jalepeno wontons are a must try, too... this place doesn't disappoint as far as mexican food goes in hawaii... CONSISTENTLY good quality food... small parking lot, so sometimes looking for a place to park is a little humbug... but absolutely worth it.

I got the Los Chaparros (LC) Melt [pictured] and it was great! My girlfriend got the Los Chaparros (LC) Burrito and it is just perfect.
