Some have mentioned that the broths at this restaurant are lacking in flavor, and they are generally correct. However, the concept of hot pot shabu shabu is that the additional flavors come from the side dishes you choose: meats, seafood, vegetables, etc. The sauce bar also adds another customizable element to your meal. If the broth still seems weak after your meal, it may be due to the side dishes and sauces chosen. For an appetizer, I suggest trying the rock shrimp salad with crispy rock shrimp and a sweet Asian dressing. Overall, while this hot pot place is a bit on the expensive side, it offers a unique dining experience with a variety of flavors to enjoy.

This is my favorite place to have hot pot any day of the week, with the option of all you can eat and your own personal pot.

They have a daily buffet which includes a personal soup pot with your choice of soup andyou can choose anything from the conveyor belt that goes around the tables... soft drinks are refillable and only

I had to try this restaurant because it offers a buffet-style lunch. We decided to try the miso spicy broths. Everything on the conveyor belt is included in the price, but sliced meats, appetizers, drinks, rice, and other items from the menu come with additional charges. The staff will refill the broths and there is also a dipping sauce bar available. I found out that they do not accept Open Table reservations for groups larger than a certain size. On my second visit with a party of that size, I had to call in instead and did not earn any points from my visit. The conveyor belt offers a variety of vegetables, shrimp, clams, mussels, gyoza, shumai, fish cake, tofu, mochi, ramen noodles, udon, glass noodles, sausages, imitation crab, sliced fish, and meatballs. Some items were unfamiliar to me, but overall, it was a nice selection of dishes. I will definitely be returning for lunch again and it is BYOB.

If you've never tried hotpot or have and enjoy it, this restaurant is worth a try! We have a great time trying new items and the staff were very helpful. The prices are reasonable and they have free valet parking
