Hatsuhana Hawaii - Honolulu

Amazing food! The staff were very attentive and polite. They seemed to genuinely care that we enjoyed our food and did everything they could to make our meal great. I would eat here over many of the Japanese restaurants from back home. Looking forward to my next visit!

My wife had salmon and she'd give it 5 stars. I had butterfish and we both liked it even more than the salmon. But I would've liked a bigger portion and also more variety of cooked fish. They do have sushi so that's some additional variety. We also had a rainbow roll which was well made. I'd actually call it 4.5 stars. Probably the best value in the Hilton Hawaiian Village.

Ordered the Ahí Tuna Katsu. The crust was crunchy and the fish was cooked to perfection. This meal includes a salad, miso soup, rice and seaweed. Everything was absolutely delicious. They serve Asahi on draft in a cold glass. I intended to go back when visiting the island.

Best Tuna Sushi Roll you will ever experience, and it's not even close. The planko chicken and rice was excellent as well. We ate here a few times and the only complaint that I have is that they don't treat you the same if you order to go.

Delicious and rich food, I hope I could have found this place before my last day in Honolulu, delicious and big plates that you will enjoy, absolutely recommend it.
