Hard Rock Cafe Honolulu

It was a comradery and team meeting. We have to bother next table server and Manager to get our orders, Maybe because we’re locals and she took us lightly.

Booked a reservation yet had to wait 20 min for our table. The restaurant was empty so not sure why we had to wait. Didn’t have ribs they had run out. Had booked for a special occasion for my husbands birthday. Got my order wrong so I had to wait for my meal, when I got it there was a hair in my burger. They didn’t charge me for it so that was one positive but the whole experience was very disappointing and ruined my husbands birthday

I ordered the miso butterfish off of the daily specials menu. I was so excited because it’s my favorite dish to eat from other restaurants, but I was disappointed at how dry and overcooked it was. I love that our waiter constantly topped my water and frequently checked on us. Since it was a first date I did not tell the waiter about how bad my food was because I didn’t want my date judging me.

It was my birthday that I was surprised by an ice-sunshade with a candle, plus a Roman return of happy birthday. that was great. youth loved the ambiente.

Good service and very nice atmosphere which we appreciate.
