Guava Smoked - Honolulu

My father (family in tow) had to go all the way from Perth, Australia to taste the kitchen on the dining channel. The whole family was not disappointed. We all enjoyed our meal and the great friendly service of Scott and his team. Could not stop talking about the great food for this value well after our return home weeks later.

The meat was great! Very delicate and super tasteful! The best smoked meat I ever had.
