Bidrage med feedbackEarlier this morning (Saturday July 22), we stopped in for breakfast after not making it in yesterday because of the long waitlist. Our breakfast was okay overall but not sure why the hype.
First off, if you're planning on coming to eat here, expect that there will always be a long line to get in. Its a rather small restaurant located in the Aston Waikiki Circle Hotel and is open from 6am to 1pm. You can use the YELP website to get a place in line. We did and still had a 45 minute wait. Service was very good and fast. Food was just average, but plenty of it. We ordered the spam and eggs which were ok, you can get almost the same at nearby McDonalds for half the price honestly. We also ordered the banana and malasada pancakes. Both were good but nothing truly exceptional. Our server was on it though and very polite. What's really nice about this place is the view from the restaurant. They had all their windows open and you could feel the ocean breeze and have a nice view of Waikiki Beach. I'd say definitely give it a try when you're visiting the island just for the experience.
Long wait is common here. Great thing the beach is across the street and they text you to keep you updated on where you are in line. Excellent service ands even better food! Highly recommend, if you want a quick and filling bite before a day in Waikiki.FYI: they do not serve alcohol
This breakfast was the best breakfast I ever had ! My family and me had to go a second time because it was so good. The two things I got for an omelette with spinach, Portuguese sausage, and peppers jack cheese, then the rainbow pancakes? so good ! They also have a little shop there and it does get busy so try to get there a bit early.
This place is always packed and has limited seating. Ordered spam, eggs, rice and a side of Portuguese sausage. It was really good. The staff were kinda lacking, since we were there close to them closing. Is it worth it? Maybe. We were very lucky to not wait to be seated, others might say something differently.
