Eating House 1849 at the International Market Place

Just got into town and was looking for a quick bite. We met happy hour and that was perfect. We were able to go upstairs and get bar seats. Reservations are likely to be your best plan if you want table seats. We have a few of the beverage specialties and tried the Mongolian BBQ Baby Backbands and the Kalbi Style Chicken Skewers. The ribs pack a stamp of BBQ taste. But the chicken kewers I totally loved! I had to get another batch right now. The chicken was tender and the taste just showed up! Very affordable and our bartender was great!

We were lucky we could come in right away. My husband wanted to drink, so we ordered seafood medley and lobster paella. All seafood were of course so fresh and we love the huge oysters! And lobster Paella was also delicious. atmosphere was great and we enjoyed our dinner! Very recommended

Amazing food, ambience and service! Our favourite meal of our holiday!! This is on the third floor of the shopping center, but it feels so secluded and peaceful and luxurious. There are also other restaurants on the floor, some more, but the outdoor seats are all exposed and passersby can see you eat. This outdoor area is surrounded by flora and it is so beautiful! We enjoyed all foods (Paella has amazing taste! and delicious drinks. Our service was also almost funny, our server was so sweet, and all other people were so attentive! My mother briefly dropped her napkin and then picked her up and put her on her lap again and within seconds someone came with a new one, said: "We saw that there was a falling napkin here, can we replace her?" Anyway, highly recommended! The Happy Hour also has great offers.

Great place for dinner and drinks. My family went to Happy Hour and the food and service were amazing. I had the lobsters and truffles and we shared some of the Baos and it was all fantastic. I'd encourage everyone to check it.

January 2022: Came here to celebrate a birthday and was treated to some super delicious food and drinks. Happy Hour is until 6pm and we tried the burger beer , brussel sprouts and the ahi sushi roll. The burger was cooked medium and came with onion rings, mushroom and cheese. Probably one of the best burgers that I have had in a long time. The brussel sprouts were very tasty and served with Chinese sausage. The ahi sushi was good but not memorable (as far as sushi goes). To start, they give you edamame to snack on. Was great with some nice seasame oil notes. Drinks were good. The pineapple martini had a pineapple soaked in liquor for five days . Beer paired well with the burger. Oh yeah. The fries with the burger had really nice crunch. Not sure if they used some type of corn starch dusting to keep it crunchy! Was really tasty . Service was fantastic too. Everyone was super nice. As a surprise, they gave us a birthday celebratory cake for dessert. Really nice staff! All in all, a great time with great delicious food!
