I had a few different burgers here (the menu changes daily, and a cheese steak, and the burgers were consistently among the best I ever had (and the cheese steak was pretty good. And I say not only that with the whole I'm on vacation in Hawaii, therefore all AMAZING!!! rose-colored vibe, which in much verified mediocrity always increases to international size (I'm not here on vacation, so you can trust me to be impartial. Nay, dear readers, these are seriously solid cotenders for the coveted Best Burger in the world trophies. My favorites were the brisket Burger (covered with Brisket and Schwieger (berry for the terrible photo and the Oklahoma Burger (cooked with onions mixed in the meat).

I had their double cheeseburger and a side of smoked Kurobuta Pork Belly. The burger was really juicy and tasty. It was a great burger. I wish they offered a single burger for those of us who can't eat that much. It would probably be easier to fit in the mouth, and less messy. : The smoked pork was incredible! I loved the flavor of the crust.

Man. The best pastrami sammich I've ever had. Melted like butter. Almost tasted like a grilled cheese sandwich. It was so light but filling, I almsot ordered another. Great staff, great food

First things first...they’re located on the second floor of SALT Kakaako. Great go to place for everything butchered as well as a short menu of prepared food (sandwiches and plates). They’ve got amazing burgers- single or double patty with or without cheese, bacon and mushrooms. Personally all my favorites. They also have prepared patties to take home and grill my all time fav- 50/50 bacon..how can you go wrong with that? They also have various cuts of meat sausages. They also have cured meats like mortadella. Pre-made charcuterie boards in small, medium large (pre-order) or select what you want to create your own. Also a slew of jarred mustards, sauces, marinades, salts, and dry rubs. This really isn’t all they have there is so much more. I can’t say I’ve had everything on the menu but everything I have had has been awesome! Maybe it’s because I know most items are house made so it tastes that much better. Check them out and you can follow them on IG for specials. Oh and I forgot..even before the pandemic...they have about a dozen seats in their exclusive outdoor dining area.
