Bidrage med feedbackDefinitely nicer than the L&L on Mauis west coast, but same food! Local eats, like the loco moco don’t disappoint. I had the loco moco with eggs over easy and would recommend it! The gravy is tasty and rich. My husband had the trio of musubi, he said it was missing the sauce but otherwise it was tasty.
Hamburger steak and kalbi plates were very tasty, as usual.
Had a great dinner here while I was visiting Hawaii. I know this is a food chain vs an individual local joint, but honestly, their food was better than what I found at a couple of local places. They do a great job with their katsu chicken and bbq(teriyaki) chicken, and there's always way too much food for me to eat in one sitting, so I get to enjoy it the next day for lunch as well! I ordered a combo meal with teriyaki and katsu chicken. Ran about $14 if I remember right. My wife and I shared the meal. Stuffed ourselves, and then saved the rest for the next day. So really we had about 4 meals out of it for the $14 price. not bad!Sorry, I forgot to take photos of my food, I was too hungry, but I think there are already plenty of others that have taken care of all the needed photos. Parking: they are in a strip mall, so there is PLENTY of parking available.
Good but not overwhelming flavor, got the kalua pork, big portions for the price.
The regular plate is massive! Definitely enough food for two meals.
