Bidrage med feedbackGenerally very good seafood centric dishes (squid/mussels pasta, grilled mixed seafood and the best burrata I’ve had in town). On the negative side, urchin and abalone pasta was dry and the suggested wine was a bust. Nice space with high ceilings, good service
Pasta dishes here are great, anything related to seafood is done to a high quality. However the grilled seafood platter was a bit underwhelming and overpriced
The food are amazing. The place is great. I think the place is still new so a bit under staff.
Food is not bad, ambience is good, staff is friendly, but a bit overpriced.
It was a Tuesday evening and I walked in this place based on the terrific reviews here. The place was empty but the two of us were given the smallest table available, which would comfortably accommodate a single diner, one dish plus glasses of wines and water. Was expecting the dishes to come one by one, esp since the table was that tiny, but then they all came at the same time filling the table to the brim. To make space, the waiter, without asking, divided the appetizer into our plates as in a Chinese restaurant! Interesting. Asked them to move the empty table next to ours to make a proper dining space and they refused. We might need that table later, verbatim the manager in an indifferent voice who appeared he couldn 't care less. The fact was, that table was never filled the whole time we were there. (see picture if not censored by Google). It 's not a Friday 's night, for god 's sake. The food itself left a lot to be desired. The fritters was a tad too dry, the grilled fish devoid of juice, and they were only warm when brought to the table. Only the seafood risotto was kind of up to standard. Lacking appetite, we only managed to finish a little more than half. The next thing that happened, they brought us a glass of water with a fly inside. The manager tried to take it away as if nothing had happened. Tried to settle with waiving charges only after we expressed our dissatisfaction. He treated us as if we were there cheating on their money. The fact is, we were only there for a nice dinner. Declined all their insincere gestures of waiving charges. They were so arrogant and non-apologetic that a service charge was still included in the bill. Unbelievable. Paid in full minus the s.c. for the disappointing though expensive, meal and service. Maybe the restaurant treats their VIPs (David Li was one of the guests around) and foreigners very well. But it 's a joke for casual diners. Have been to tons of Italian trattoria, fine and casual, but all were better in terms of food and friendliness. Not again.
