This Jimmy John's is terrible. I've given them several tries as they're close. The sandwiches lack meat (are mostly bread) and the bread is regularly stale. I was in there a few weeks ago interacted with a fellow claiming to be the manager. He is severly lacking on his people management skills. His attitude sucked to put it bluntly... I refuse to throw away money on subpar food get treated like an inconvenience. Never again..

Whoever they hire for this location they need to fire them worst customer service ever bunch of idiot

#81/2023So I've had numerous sandwiches from here I'm surprised over the years I never dropped a review.No need for a giant one it's like any other Jimmy John's although a few things kind of disgruntled me I found out on this last visit here on the 15th of December 2023Corporate office has decided to eliminate some of my favorite mustards the Jimmy mustard and the Gray Poupon dijon mustard and they're just going to have the regular old yellow mustard whoppee:⁠ ⁠(We'll see what happens there when I like to get my roast beefs. It doesn't really change though cuz I don't put mustard on the turkey toms when I do like the turkey or the Italian ones I go with the vinegar and the oil.But I came in order the number for the Turkey Tom the bread was nice and fresh along with the lettuce tomato and Mayo I added cheese like I usually do. Other than that I got combo w thinny chips which are still available in my local market and I had a Diet Coke and ate in there.So most of these like a lot of Yelp vs Google/trip advisor places are not very current reviews.So even though my four stars because this is definitely above average to me not average probably won't swing the bar too much but I did my partThis is still one of the better ones as far as quality and my opinion with about five within a equal driving distance other than this one by my house the other ones are about 15 minutes away any direction.

I placed order at 12:14 for as soon as possible delivery. Order said it would be delivered at 12:44. Order still didn’t arrive, I called at 1:07 and spoke to manager. He stated they were short staffed and he would be leaving out the door with my order. Order did not arrive till 1:40. Almost an hour and half for my order to be delivered. That is absolutely ridiculous, certainly not “freaky fast”. This is also not the only time this has happened.
