That cold brew coffee was fantastic however the bacon egg and cheese crossiaint left little to be desired. The croissant was definately overcooked. Bacon was far too crunchy for my standards however if you like crispy bacon you're in luck here.

Ordered a medium iced coffee and was told the $2 medium iced coffee special ended three weeks ago… I had it pulled up on my app and he said “sorry, we ended that two weeks ago”. Paid $4 for a medium iced coffee. Received my nutty pumpkin, no pumpkin in the coffee. Zero stars if I could.

Came here last week and horrible service. Lady at cashier stole over $30 and thought she can get away with it. After checking I noticed she gave the wrong amount and she refused to talk to me and wouldn’t open the window. Had to go inside to confront her and management wasn’t helpful. Please count your hard earned money before leaving. This is unacceptable!!! Staff needs to be fired and replaced or this Dunkin will not make it. Order was also wrong and had no taste.

Won’t honor the free iced coffee on the app for me or anyone.
