This restaurant is a fantastic place to study or relax from evening until night. The atmosphere is great, with super friendly staff and multiple private indoor and outdoor areas. I came here to study until nighttime and the staff were helpful in providing recommendations. The restaurant was lively but not overcrowded, making it a perfect spot for studying. There are separate sections for different activities, including outdoor areas and indoor spaces. If you want a more social experience with friends, you can hangout on the balcony or outdoors. For studying, there are various indoor areas with power outlets available. Unfortunately, the wifi was not working on the day of my visit. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean, and the bathrooms were tidy.

The coffee is always delicious, I ordered Cafe Latte flavored by vanilla and the garlic cheese bread. Really love crispy herbed garlic bread . Highly recommend

Well the customer service here is very poor. The worst out of all the other branches. Went a few times and twice they were very bad. I ordered a tandoori chicken sandwich for takeaway and had to wait 45 mins (1158 am I gave my order and when I got it it was 1245) because the guy had forgot to make it, I reminded him twice but yet again he forgot each single time. The next day I again requested for takeaway but they mistook it for dine in (not a major issue) Food is alright and drinks are alright too. Not that pricey. Spacious place with upstairs accommodation and outdoor seating as well with a small parking space. Except the incompetent staff rest is alright.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant recently. I visited a month ago and the service was much better. I'm not sure if it was the same staff or different people this time. We usually prefer sitting at tables on the upper floor because they are quieter. However, yesterday we were informed that we had to bring our hot drinks upstairs ourselves, as it is now considered "self service". During my last visit, I had a very dry chicken sandwich and a similarly dry red velvet cake. I would suggest trying the outlets on Nawala and Jawatte road instead of this one.

I absolutely adore the cozy ambiance and comfortable sofas at this restaurant, making it the perfect spot to study, work, or catch up on some reading. However, the parking lot is quite small and it can be challenging to find a spot, even on weekday mornings. I highly recommend trying their signature hot chocolate – it's delicious! The staff is also friendly and attentive.
