Mcdonald's - Holyoke

In line for 45 minutes on Sunday afternoon. When I got to the window they had no idea what my order even was. I would have left the line but the curbs prevent you from escaping. What if there had been an emergency? This is certainly not fast food.

Waited 30.min for a refreshment. how is that possible? curbs so you can't leave the drive

These people that work here is ridiculous! They are nasty , rude and can’t get your order right ! Every time I come my order is messed up ! Customer service sucks ! I will not be back !

Been coming here every week and never had bad service until today . The current manager is completely ignoring orders making ppl have to get in line and order again ,she's not good at customer service and does not handle her job description. Was too lazy to take the orders properly because she didn't want her line backed up . Horrible service .

Second time I go to this McDonald's and both times I ask for fresh food and it's not fresh! I asked for receipt and they tired to ignore it. What if I was one of those mystery shoppers?? Not good!
