Bidrage med feedbackI would not recommend this burger king to everyone, it took 25 minutes in the line when there was only one car before us, he ordered a frozen koks and a whopper jr. meal, that took 25 minutes after he got the line when we stood up there, I approached them and asked them what the problem was, and they said they could not hire any with workers because the administration is so bad
Understandably they had a very large orders in the Drive-Thru but it shouldn't have taken 20 minutes to make 2 burgers, 2 fries and jalapeno bites. On top of that why did you guys give out 5 ORDERS AFTER US and our food was still cold. Next would have to be the incompetent workers, we had 2 coupons (one for burger day which was FREE and the other one was a regular coupon) and yes still made us pay for the FREE BURGER. The manager was tall and very sweet/understanding but his teenage coworkers obviously don't care about their job. One more thing, even serving those 5 set of people before us, THE CREW GOT THEIR ORDERS WRONG AS WELL, they still didn't wanna listen and replace the orders. Worst bk I've ever been too and I hope their attitudes/work ethic enhances before they run your building out of business.
Went to the drive thru and there is a sign on the speaker box telling you to go to the window to order because of technical difficulties. I go to the window and get yelled at by the cashier because the speaker works just fine and she did not know that there was a sign out there. How can you possibly be this rude and mean when you just opened for the day?!?! Food was okay. One of the coffee lids was not on properly and leaked.
Sam, the Manager of BK in Holt went above and beyond with my order today! They were short staffed as it was only her and a cook working. However, she was extremely friendly and waited on drive thru and the front line in a timely manner. Great job! Fast food people are working hard and need our patience right now more than ever!
I ordered a whopper. Which does not even come with bacon. I am Muslim and do not consume pork for religious reasons, unfortunately they decided to put bacon on my whopper. A single piece right in the middle which leads me to believe it was definitely intentional. Their service was already unprofessional and rude so I knew to look at my food before eating it and man was I upset to find that. I feel targeted by them for my religion and that's unacceptable. It's 2020 and were still dealing with bigots. Terrible experience with rude/professional management and workers. I will be contacting corporate and every news outlet in the area. This is unacceptable to anyone who believes In EQUALITY!!!
