Tgi Fridays - Hollywood

I visited Friday's this afternoon and had Priscilla as my waitress/bartender. She was exceptional. Priscilla had a constant smile while interacting with us and was very courteous. The drinks she made were outstanding and the food came out perfectly and in a timely manner. I will definitely request Priscilla the next time I dine here. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5.

I visited the restaurant during a hectic Friday rush, but Priscilla was there to attend to me promptly. Her drinks were tasty and the food was excellent. She was friendly and attentive throughout my visit.

We visited the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. It was not too crowded, but the service was very slow. It took a long time for our drink orders to be taken and they didn't get them right. We had to constantly remind the waiter of our orders and ask how much longer it would take. My husband had to go to the bar a few times to ask for our drinks and food order. The appetizer was mediocre and the potato skins tasted old and were very hard. Even though my kids never leave food on their plates and we were hungry, we couldn't finish the appetizer (there were 5 of us). The side salad was good, and our drinks were good once they got them right. After waiting for an hour, our food still hadn't arrived so we had to cancel our order and just pay for the drinks and appetizer which was disappointing. We haven't been to this restaurant in a few years and unfortunately, we won't be returning.

Depressing. We were given plastic cutlery when we were seated. We smelled a strong odor of cannabis and decided to leave before our waiter could get to us. (2-3 minutes) Only two or three other tables at 5-5:30.Service: 2/5

Came here for dinner with the family and had a pleasant time. The customer service was great, Carly was our waitress and she was very nice and explained the menu to help us decide what flavor of wings we wanted.We were all satisfied with the service and food!
