Pizza Hut - Hollywood

On December 26 during the night, the manager was extremely rude, used a racist language against me and not polite, even to other clients that I was able to observe. This is my 3rd time going through this situation with this person at this location and I feel disrespected. Especially since all I do is pick up the order, I should not be having this type of disrespect.

Everytime i come to this location, my pizza is always good, i had to drop a review finally. this pizza is hitting so well

Absolutely horrible experience. Placed an order for delivery at 8:30 PM, was told delivery would be 30 minutes. Received a text message that my order was being delivered by DoorDash when I tracked my order at 9:17. It said it would be delivered by 9:24. 9:24 came and went and when I checked on my order again, I found it was canceled with no notice. The store would not answer the phone. Customer service was no help. We drove to the store to find a woman named Sarah playing on her phone while the phones rang off the hook. Told her what happened and she responded crudely that they didn 't have our f 'ing order. We asked to speak to the manager she told us there was no manager. She finally got someone on the phone by the name of Ryan. At no point did they offer to rectify the situation. Absolutely horrible, will never order from this location again.

Called and order to personal pans for my girls. I was at the indoor playground next door I didn’t want to leave my kids in there. So I called and politely asked to pay over phone and if someone can meet me at the door. Young lady was rude from initial call. And I canceled my order and proceeded to tell her how rude she was and she hung up in my face. Sounds like she’s un happy with her life. I believe her name is Ramona and she is the manager. Unhappy with working for Pizza Hut. While so many others are less fortunate and would be happy to be working. People like her shouldn’t be representing persons establishments.It’s sad
