Amazing, fresh product and friendly staff. Love the fresh juice, as well as their bottled products. The pre-packaged food is delicious, though I've never tried one of their fresh fruit bowls. The only downside is the price as it's a bit on the high side.
Lovely place with awesome staff! However, here may not be a good place for working since the music is loud and Husband is unstable. I had the spicy tuna sandwich and ice latte and it's good. Next time will try some juice tho. A good place to take a rest when you go shopping in Los Angeles
Maybe juice is their craft because it’s definitely not smoothies. I opted to create my own smoothie with blueberries, strawberries, orange and apple with coconut water base. It was the most bland smoothie I’d ever tasted in my life. I watched it being made and I knew then it was not going to be good. A bunch of ice some type of berry mix and a couple strawberries on top. Still don’t know what happened to the apple and orange. Note: if you guys want better tasting smoothies, don’t water them down with ice. USE FROZEN FRUIT. You’re charging 8 bucks to give me a half a cup of ice.
Visited the Hollywood location and got a bowl. Unfortunately the base was old and stiff so I kindly apologized asked for a fresh one. They scraped the fruit from the old bowl and put it on the fresh one. The cashier put the fresh bowl on the counter and walked away. I like Juice Crafters but understand people PAY for fresh healthy items NOT pre-made. The DTLA location always makes my bowls fresh. If I wanted pre made food I’d go get McDonalds. It was 1pm and very slow. So being someone who has managed in the food industry for years EVERYTHING SHOULD BE MADE TO ORDER when buisness is slow to ensure customer satisfaction. The only time things should be pre-made are during your peak hours which will be sold in a timely manner because you’re busy. No one wants to pay $10 for an acai bowl let alone an old one! Be considerate of customers and the money they spend at your establishment and treat them how you would want a place to treat you. That is not asking for much. Do it right the first time. Always.
