This place looks pretty clean, but it has some issues. They charge you $4 for the to go boxes if you have leftovers and ask for a to go box, could you believe that?? They also charge you 18% tip in your bill without asking and claim that "some customers do not leave tip and they won 't work for free! "Food: 4/5

First time here and very impressed with the customer service and food. The staff is super friendly, I ordered the chaufa de res and they served a huge portion, the prices are very reasonable compared to other similar restaurants in the area. Since we walked in, we were addressed by all staff members with a welcome and a smile, so for me a good customer service is a plus.
