Bidrage med feedbackExcellent!!!Its been 15 years since i ordered a Domino’s Pizza.This store in Surf City NC got it right!Hand tossed Pizza with Extra Cheese, Mushrooms, Hamburger and Spinach and it was made on time, quickly and tasted awesome.The two guys working at this store on a late Sunday evening we’re courteous, assertive and professional. Ill be back. Thank you very much :
I placed an order online, when I arrived to pay and pick up my order, the cashier informed me that the card reader was not working. I did not have cash on me so I asked if I could pay online or if there was another alternative and all she said was “no”. She then said that we should go somewhere else! There was absolutely no apology or alternative. We drove 10 minutes to pick up the pizza, then had to drive all the way back home to get cash, and 10 minutes back to dominos to actually be able to pick up our order. When we returned, there was one man in front of us and another woman was working at the front and told him the credit card reader was broken so she had to enter it manually. I wondered why this was not offered to me before I had to drive all the way home and back. I informed the woman (Kelly) of the issues we had and how we were confused about the situation, our pizza had been sitting for about 30 minutes at this point and how I felt like an apology was due because of the inconvenience. She then proceeded to tell me that I was wrong, they did their jobs correctly and it was NOT an inconvenience. She then started arguing and yelling at us. She then asked if we wanted to pay or cancel the order. I was so upset that we canceled the order and she proceeded to tell us to get out of her store. This was the General Manager Kelly. As a young female who works as a manager in customer service, this type of horrible customer service especially from a member of management is absolutely unacceptable.

Completely rude and condescending. I have ordered for our house many times with little problems. I tried ordering a pizza when I was visiting friends at a rv park. Gave him the address and the lot number. He was so smug in telling me to make sure in the future to give them the lot number. Gave it to you four times and even emphasized the lot number. I guess if you are at a rv park you are treated a little less important. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
I have lived in the same area for 39 years. Never had a problem with domino’s delivering to my house. Until today. Placed an order on the app like I usually do for delivery. Within minutes of placing the order I received a phone call from dominos. The girl on the line was telling me that they did not deliver to my address. I explained to her that it made no sense. She claims they were never supposed to go to our house. That we have always been out of there boundaries. I asked for her name and when I did she said “Marissa. And have a blast. I said have a blast with what? She said with trying to get me in trouble. And laughed said nothing would happen to her. “ I have no car at the moment. She told me I could come pick up the order but with the attitude she gave I was definitely not about to order food for my children from someone that would act that way. On top of that I was kind of discouraged from ordering there again due to the fact the last time I did a pick up order when I walked in there was a guy with longer hair standing talking to the women. He then began to scratch his head and play with his hair then go right back to making the dough. I hope MS. MARISSA at the surf city nc dominos learns that’s not how you deal with costumers especially when you claim to be the new assistant manager.
