Food: incredible!!! Every time I go, I'm disappointed that my 'favorite' cannot be on the menu, because Fisher only uses fruits and vegetables in the season to cut dishes. So I choose sadly something else and then it is love to bite again the first time! I now have a new favorite until I go back and the cycle continues! I'm currently obsessed with the wedge salad, so I think I'm safe for a while. Prices: at the point! I think prices are just right for the level of food we get. I guess for some Hollist residents prices can be 'high'. But you are def getting your money worth it!! You can always go for lunch and share a sandwich with someone and order an additional side salad (sandwich also comes with salad). Today we had enough food for three adults plus hummus appetizer for my baby and our 3 sodas bill was $50. These are $16 each for a high-quality fresh local meal! I am so addicted even if they increase the prices that I would still be there Service: Always great! Everybody's so sweet!

I had quite every salad (in season) and most ducks. I cannot say enough for the consistent excellence in the quality of these cooks food. It is unique, the boiled flavors are savory, the salads are fresh and robust in size and dressing flavors. Just the best salads I've ever had, period. The first steak I ordered was so good, I'm now urging all the other steaks of this standard. Best duck and best red snapper I ever had btw. He has a small selection of free beers and wines. Take a date, take your family, take your friends. You will not be disappointed in this fantastic kitchen.

The best place in town for a meal that is always on a different level. Love this place!

We ate at Fishers yesterday and were so pleasantly surprised by the freshness and amazing flavors of their food. The red snapper was delicate, flaky, mild and cooked to perfection. I ordered the beet salad with it. Wow!! Pink and gold beets, english cucumbers, orange segments and chevre cheese. Out of this world. My wife had the vegetarian sandwich which had hummus, pesto, zucchini and caramelized onions on pita bread. Delicious. She got the artichoke soup with hers and it was excellent. We will definitely be regular customers. Service was also great. Thanks Janae. 5 out of 5 stars!!
