Bidrage med feedbackThe food reminded me of my grandmother cooking. The menu item with the hot Chile was perfect. It was so good I went to dinner and tried her enchiladas de mol poblano. They beat the spot. If you love and enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine, I recommend this place. If you like American Mexican food, then I recommend you go somewhere else.
Very nice owners and delicious home made food. Will definitely be our go to for local mexican food.
Menudo and pozole on the daily, burritos are good and the Beers are cold
Delicious food and authentic atmosphere. I felt like I was at my abuelitas casa, although I don't have one. I have a wet chicken Burrito. It was great and very filled. I'm full and happy. It was also cheap.
This Mexican food gem is tucked away by the train tracks in an industrial area across from the fire station. The warm and home made chips and salsa were a great start. The food was fantastic, served hot, and with friendly service. I tried the green enchiladas with rice and beans and the flavor was just right. Just a bit on the spicy side. Not complaining just warning the weak mouths out there. The wife had the garnachas, a tortilla topped with loads of yummy food in your choice of green or red sauce. She said the red is not as spicy as the green. The owner told us that he's been in business for over ten years. The quality and wonderful taste confirms it. This was our second visit and sure to return for more. Update: Third visit. Tried the super burrito with carne asada topped with red sauce and cheese. OMG, it's huge. I added a photo. Great flavor as usual. The usual beans are black and the rice is usually mushy. I like it that way although it deviates from the standard beans at other Mexican places. Update: Fourth visit had the bistec rojo. Thin cut pieces of steak with slightly spicy red sauce and potatoes served with rice and beans. Very delicious!
