Here is high quality cooked (very) high quality.I am not an expert but I find the quality and service excellent. That also means that this is not a budget restaurant. But that makes the appeal.

With friends who said it was the best restaurant in place. Service told us some dishes from the map. Under it kibbeling. We took third this kibbeling with potato salad and Remoulade. The fish and panade totally fade. Nothing smells. It's expensive. To 4 with only main dish 1 glass of wine we came out with 150€. Shame
For 20 years back here...I could not remember this cozy and warm atmosphere. Fully decorated in bright solid wood, with natural ceiling beams in fashionable country style. The dishes partly in black design up to the white square plate. There is a well-sorted wine card on which everyone can find something. In relation to the prices of the food, I found the wine of 30 50 euros the bottle fair.A delicious bread with oil, butter and a special coarse herbal salt was served at the start.In the beginning we had a dry prosecco which was unfortunately too fast empty.As an appetizer there was a hot smoked salmon trout from the mosquito with potatoes, dill, caviar . The caviar was more decoration but also very tasty. The potatoes were spiced. The consistency was a bit too blurred. The foam sauce around it beautifully pfluffy.The main course a winter skating/codling well seasoned, even there was the pie similar. I had a cream recommendation from the beef with some vegetables, was very different cooked. The flower bowl bite but the carrot, beet(? too soft. The decoration with red beds looked good. The puddles were very good and not dry as it often happens.The beef was great in the middle and the tips too dry and solid. The dark sauce is delicious and strong in taste.Also again, but also the I no longer need on the plate, that goes better.Optic in any case very nicely dressed and also served by the friendly staff very well.The dessert a pot dump with munice and sugar wadding.I found the pot dumplings tastefully perfect the munice very good.The has 5 stars. Then add the cream brunette vanilla and a little lemony. Super!The espresso hot and showery with a beautiful crema. The Marillen Brand of Valledar had actually been positive in memory, but there was this aftertaste of the runway, so there was not another.It was a very nice evening with nice and good service, the criticism is not always comprehensible for some, but with good food there was just differences.We would go back again, as it is good for the price performance ratio.
