Stacks Pancake House Cafe - Hoboken

Ate breakfast here this morning and our waiter was very kind and attentive. Food once ordered arrived fairly quickly. I had the eggs Benedict. The sauce was slightly tangy but good. My son got strawberry pancakes that he liked as well. My husband got the eggs florentine and liked them too.

Amazing food, we were greeted at the door by really friendly staff who were very attentive when we sat down. The artwork and decoration is very tasteful and great to look at. The wait wasn’t too long and when the food arrived everything was delicious-no disappointment from anyone! Quite big portions but it tasted too good to waste any and all the food was gone within 20mins. Would definitely go again because it was also a good price.

Great breakfast food. Always packed on weekend mornings. As much as I'd like to compare this place against surrounding notorious brunch spots, the fact is it is extremely resonance for what you get. It offers diner prices for food that is definitely a cut above that. The ambiance does feel like a diner a few years into the future. The wraps using pancakes are awesome but extremely filling, there are some healthy options.

I've passed this place a few times on my way to Rowing class. After class this past week I decided to stop in for a meal. I wasn't disappointed!! the Observer pancake wrap was awesome!! Large portions and quick service. It was a Friday morning, so it wasn't crowded. I went back again on Sunday, again...the meal was awesome. There was a little wait, but it's Sunday brunch, so it's to be expected. Hostess seated me when a booth was available, and the server was very attentive. The servers from my previous visit remembered me : . I think I will be going back again for sure! Great motivation to go to rowing class!!

The cinna-toast is possibly the most amazing thing I've ever eaten in my life. No exaggeration! We went on a weekday, which I highly recommend. There was no crowd, we got a nice seat with a great view of the street and our server was attentive and very friendly. He actually steered me towards the Cinnamon french toast, and thank God for that because eating it was like a religious experience!! :
