Dunkin' - Hoboken

How does this place earn anything above one star? The service is incredibly slow, the staff is unfriendly, and there always seems to be something out of order. This restaurant really needs new management, or it should be replaced with something better. It's probably the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever visited, and that's saying a lot!

Consistently excellent coffee and outstanding doughnuts!

The staff was very polite and happily remade my drink without any issues.

Maria is the most wonderful person that takes care of my needs. She's the friendliest person great patience and service. Hope she never leaves. She can prepare great coffee.

This establishment desperately needs better management or should be replaced with something better. It's likely the worst drive-thru I've ever experienced, and that's saying a lot!
