I decided to bring my wife and mother-in-law here, and they both agreed that it was the best meal they had in Tassie so far. My wife ordered the baked eggs with beans and chorizo, which she found delicious and filling. I opted for the poached eggs on potato rosti, while my mother-in-law chose the roasted veggies. Every dish we tried was delicious, and we will definitely be returning on our next trip to Tassie.

One of Hobart's best kept secrets; Providence has been serving the locals of North/West Hobart excellent Fresh lite brunch for 3 years now. The service is laid back but adequately attentive, very friendly and acomidating.
Best brekky in all of Hobart. Freshest and tastiest food you can get. Love it :
