Tsukemen Karabu Tokaichimachi

Delicious tsukemen ramen. The noodles were well cooked with a good chew. The sauce is very tasty. We had it at spice level 13 and it was a good balance of some heat without overpowering the rest of the flavours. If you’re hungry get the large portion size. For English speakers, they have English physical menus available so you can use those to help navigate the ordering machine. Also nice that they provide bibs that are a must to avoid getting your shirt all dirty.

Hiroshima style Tsukemen ramen. It was my first time trying this style of ramen and it's now my favorite. Delicious cold noodles with a spicy vinaigrette sesame dipping broth.

Really tasty cold noodles near the A bomb dome. Out of the 30 levels of spiciness, I chose a 3 and it was very spicy. The staff were super friendly, the restaurant has a great vibe there is an English menu. Don’t forget to add extra ground roasted sesame with the grinder on the table : I highly recommend this place!

We had the dip noodle つけ麵 and I had level 25 spice level. i ordered large 大 size and had more than enough noodles to work with along with pork and lettuce. Though it wasn't that spicy it was delicuous and flavorful. The proportions were great and an english menu was available. Definitely would like to come back and try their spicy ramen から麵
