Reasonable Japanese izakaya. Friendly staff and customers. Sashimi and yakitori highly recommended.

I walked a LOnG way to get there just for them to tell me they are closed at 10pm when it says on here they close at Midnight.

This little Izakaya restaurant has become our favorite place for dinner, while staying at Hiroshima for three nights. We went there twice just because of the food, the atmosphere, and the warm welcoming staff. Although we don't speak any Japanese, we were able to make it with their English menu sign language we really felt cosseted. We took sashimi (incl. Topshell), Tempura, Fried dumplings w/eggplant, raw squid marinated in sake (yummy yummy), Misu shiro, and finally some sake... This place is highly recommended !

Great food! It is a bit more expensive than usual but the quantity and the quality make up for it! Would recommend!
