Tsugaru Syu - Hirosaki

Great food and drink. Green Apple Sour/ Tsugaru Sangria is really delicious if you want to experience something other than normal. Kai... Yaki-Miso is the best. (Sea scallop with egg and Dashi mixture on Scallop Shell as a dish.

Great Izakaya that you need to visit when you are in Hirosaki. It serves numerous local specialties that are almost impossible to get when you are in the big city like Tokyo or Osaka. For example, I can enjoy Horse sashimi and Sea Pineapple for a half price compared to Tokyo! The atmosphere is also great!

First time to visit here as it was just next to the Art Hotel by the Hirosaki Station. I observed that they cook the food real good, lots of selection and the price is reasonable. They also serve local sake at a very reasonable price. The master was nice, it was crowded when we called but they gave us a call later. Had a great time and will definitely come back.

You can try local food....and good taste and price...

Local dishes and common Japanese dishes served at this local pub izakaya. Reasonable yet tasty. Uni boys are working hard as floor staff.
