Wahlburgers - HINGHAM

It saddens me to give this review because I want to enjoy the experience with my grandchildren. The floor manager is frantic and ineffective. He jumps around and scares the employees with his tension.It was so uncomfortable being in that atmosphere. So many employees and it takes forever to get your order. Not good.

Disappointed in tonight’s dinner. This was the first time we have been since going back to staff service. A manager was barking orders at employees our entire meal and hovering. The place was empty our meal took 30 mins two kids meals two adult. The kids meals had sparse fries, looked completely unappetizing. We had to get up and get our own napkins when served. We preferred it when it was order yourself, much better vibe.

OMG AMAZING experience !!! Jill was our server and she made sure we were well taken care of ! Thank you all so much ! Will be back for these amazing burgers ?

My kids like it here and I want to like it here but a year ago I did not care for the burger and we went a couple days ago and didn't care for it either ...:

I was really looking forward to my first meal at Wahlburgers.We opened the door to find a kiosk to place order. We had a party of 5. Three men standing behind the counter knew we were struggling with this system.We were so frustrated and ready to leave. The woman bartender came immediately over to us. Had us seated immediatelyand took our order. She was the only reason we stayed.
