Grand Grill Americana - Hinckley

I hated the diner so much since I 'm under 21 i was no allowed to sit at the stool table and they asked me if i was 21. I was considering being sarcastic and saying No, im 34 then the food took for forever to arrive.

Visited 5-5-17. FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! Price was good too. GRILLED CHEESE, BURGER WAS AS AMAZING AS IT SOUNDS! The philly was also great!

This was a fantastic restaurant, but unfortunately, it's now closed. It would be wonderful if they could bring it back, just like they did with the buffet.

I've visited this restaurant several times for breakfast, but I recently tried dinner, and it was fantastic! I ordered the chicken fettuccine and garlic toast, and it was the best I've ever had. For dessert, I enjoyed a banana cream pie—they serve individual pies instead of just a slice, and it was absolutely delicious!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the poor service. It seems like the staff either lack the necessary skills or knowledge to run the restaurant effectively. Even with plenty of open tables, it took us 30 minutes to get seated. You really need to improve the quality of your cooks, waitstaff, and management. To make matters worse, your new restaurant at the back is just as bad. It's time to address these issues because the service is quite lacking!
